​NEA Construction is a fully-insured underground construction and fiber optic splicing company based in Northeast Arkansas. NEA has invested in the latest underground technology and equipment to ensure our skilled technicians achieve maximum efficiency while mitigating potential risks to other utilities. Our fiber splicers are all Certified Fiber Optic Technicians (CFOT). Our model is adjustable to scale, as scale is the only solution. Whatever the job, NEA is ready to make your blueprints become reality!

Our Story

Hard work and big dreams ....

NEA Construction, LLC was established in 2006 by Phillip and Tracy Nelson with one drill and an excavator. Since then, with hard work and God's blessings, the company has grown to over 40 employees. Our people are what make our company great. We have recently moved into a new 40,000 sq. ft. facility as we continue to grow and build the future of Northeast Arkansas and beyond!
